I spend a lot of money on advertising during the course of a year and I am seriously concerned by the lack of results I get. If I have a gerbil for sale (for example) and I word my advert as follows: 'Gerbil, (1) sale (4) going 'cheep' must be in the jeans (genes) yours for fifty Ozzie Dollars', I expect my phone to start ringing immediately and not to stop ringing at all for the whole 7 days my advert is placed in the Cricklestone Chronicle. Maybe I'm just a born optimist? In any case, I blow hundreds (if not thousands) on my adverts and rarely if ever do I see a return on my money.

I've been playing the DVD of this over and over for days, this is quite simply an amazing film. The Jazz songs are perfect and the acting from Harvey Keitel, Mekhi Phifer and John Turturro exceptional. I am hoping to do a top 100 films at some point and this is definitely going to be in there (along with 'Do the Right Thing').

Another busy day at the office. Drank some coffee, shouted at a few children and considered getting someone else to mow the lawn.
