variations on a kissy

by Znethru @ 22 Dec. 2007 - 17.30:26

Obviously, I understand people signing email x or xx or xxx

but what happens when they start putting o's in between?

i.e. xox xoxox or xoxoxox

Are they playing a game of o's and x'sses with me or something?

Kissy, Kissy, etc., I remain yours faithfully, xx

Have no idea, Zenthru...have never seen them...big hugs XXX

Hi Jennifer, did you ever get along to my page of watercolours? Molty seems to have a theory on the xox's (see below!)

I did, and my apologies for not getting back to you about them...some I found very pleasing while others I wasn't sure what they were expressing because actually difficult to see being so small...are they expressing moods? Big hugs to you...

I was led to believe that the "o" is a hug.

Therefore hugs and kisses

:)

Hi molty, how are you this fine Saturday? That is a neat theory and could well be correct. Let's see if anyone else can back this up (preferably with a link to a page somewhere on the www).

Not too bad thanks, I'm getting ready to fall asleep in front of the tv :)

I'll stick a £1 on it being right :))

You are obviously watching something seriously educational over there!
